Stone pot mapo tofu
It's been a while since last time I couldn't taste it at all (lol) Today I also had stone pot mapo tofu. The spiciness is very spicy, one level short of super spicy (100 yen more). Can I ask a Chinese lady for more hoa jiao? If you ask me...? ? ? Maybe the intonation is different. When I asked for kasho, she brought me sansho (crying). The spicy one was still spicy, but I've gotten used to it recently, so it was okay. The mapo tofu here is served in a stone pot, so it's really piping hot and spicy at first. I eat it slowly. I guess I forgot to add some seasoning last time. I feel bad that I don't know what that is......Ten noodle sauce? ?This time, the taste is also good. It's also quite spicy. But I don't really feel the numbness. It can't be helped that Tafukuro places more emphasis on high-quality spiciness than numbness...I took the opportunity to try the Japanese pepper they brought me, but I was like, ``This is different!'' I've always liked the mapo tofu here (from the previous owner's time), but the first bite of the mapo tofu that came out today made me wonder. There are various spiciness levels, medium and small, and of course the large one is the spiciest. Previously, it came with rice, but now it doesn't. Since the ownership changed, the wait time has become longer, probably because it takes longer to prepare the food. The taste should not have changed since it is the same FC. . But I think it tasted better when the friendly lady in front of me made it (lol) Of course, the super spicy mapo tofu was delicious. I got a little confused along the way, but...

11時半くらいに訪問。先客１、後客３。
今日予報では暑くなりそうと言うことで、暑くなるなら…やはり激辛を！
なので石焼麻婆豆腐の激辛をオーダー。
おばちゃんに「大丈夫か？」「本当に大丈夫か？」と２度聞かれたが、たぶん大丈夫と返答（笑）
最近辛いもの食べ慣れてきてるので、そこまでは抵抗なく食べられました。
ただ…半分くらい食べたあたりで頭皮から汗が吹き出してきました。
やはり辛かったです。こういう時はゆっくり食べればほぼ大丈夫。無事完食しました。
