十条で喰い散らかし！
【訪問：2023.3.15】
本日は十条で昼ラーメンです。
本来のお目当てのお店が…二軒ともお休み。
あてもなく十条銀座商店街を歩いていて、
何となく店頭の「火鍋」の文字が気になって。
突撃してみました。
卓上の端末でオーダー。
火鍋麺（￥803）をいただくことに。
少し待たされて登場です。
スープは、11種類のスパイスを使用。
辛さはしっかりと感じられるが、すきっとして後キレがいい。
麻辣とあるが、痺れはあまり感じない。
比較的バランスよく食べやすい塩梅になってるかな。
麺は中細のストレート麺。
つるつるとした食感とやや柔めな茹で具合。
ただ、結構麺が絡み合って食べ辛い、のが難点。
具材はもやしと白菜がメイン。
豚肉もそれなりに入っていて、ボリュームはなかなか。
適度な麻辣の旨辛な麺。
まあ、食べ応えもあってなかなか。
