Dinner with a friend I haven't seen in a while. I decided to go to this place, which is near my friend's house. This store opened last year despite the coronavirus pandemic, but it was difficult to do business as usual, and now that the state of emergency has finally ended, I decided to visit. The owner and chef used to work at a Western Western Cuisine in Minami Aoyama. I joined the group a little later, and my four friends were pretty well done, so I hurried after them. I went from draft beer to sweet potato shochu rock, and just when I thought I had caught up, I was passing him. As a result, I can hardly take any photos. Also, since it was already ordered, I don't know the details of the dish m(_ _)m Salad ~ It was delicious with a dressing that wasn't too vinegary \(^o^)/ It was a pretty good dressing. Cream Croquette and sausages ~ Croquette were melty and piping hot and delicious ~ baguette ~ I don't know what kind of pate it was, but it wasn't too thick and had just the right amount of salt. Boiled offal - this is excellent. Motsuni is a standard menu item at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), and here it is served in a Japanese style. However, it's not as dark as Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Pickles - They must be homemade, they were refreshing♪ Sagari - These are also excellent. There are no streaks at all, and the more you chew, the more the flavor of the meat comes out. The wasabi went well with it~♬ I had it with salami, Prosciutto, and cheese (I forgot to take a photo). It's delicious \(^-^)/ Pasta with Komatsuna ~ Pasta to finish. Pasta, not Ramen. Although it is Western Cuisine, the pattern is similar. This is also good \(^ω^)/ I couldn't really grasp it because I was just talking most of the time, but all the dishes were elegant and well-done, and the drinks went well. The store was beautiful, and the staff was polite and attentive to every detail, making it a very enjoyable time. Good luck after the coronavirus. Thank you for the meal. PS The store name ``78'' came about because the store was set up in the owner's parents' house, which was originally a pawnshop (lol).
