十条銀座商店街の路地、仲通り商店街にあるベーグルさん。
商店街の交差点を曲がったところにあるのでちょっと気付きにくいです。
春よ恋に白神山地こだま酵母を使用し、茹でずに蒸して仕上げるとのこと。
年末の12時ごろ、ショーケースには16種ほどが。
購入したのは、
・「きんぴらゴボウとチーズ(¥330)」
・「ブルーベリーとクリームチーズ(¥300)」
生地は蒸しているからなのか、なんだが餅っぽい食感。
無添加なのであっさりとしていて濃い目の具材と相性良さそう。
”きんぴら”はそのまんま細切りの甘辛いきんぴらが入っています。
香ばしいチーズがいい相性で具も含めて全体的にあると良かったかな。
”ブルーベリー”はクリームチーズに粒感のあるジャムであっさりめ。
具材が生地の半分ちょっとぐらいかな、ちょっと物足りなさが。
生地そのものを楽しんで欲しい感があるのでプレーン生地好きにおすすめです。
