十条駅前にあるハラル系の店。
ハンバーグを売りにしてるのは元々知っていて、結構前に一度ランチで行った際ハンバーグが売り切れで食べれなかったのがよけいに食べたかったので今回ようやく。
ライスはバスマティですね。
ビリヤニのイメージしかなかったから、普通に白のバスマティ食べるのはじめてかも。
日本の白米は甘さとか感じるけど、バスマティはそれはなかったです。硬めなお米って感じ。
ハンバーグはかなりさっぱりしてて、食べやすいです。
重くならなくてお腹に優しい感じ。食べやすさ重視って感じですね。ジューシーで肉厚の…って類のハンバーグとは違いました。
ラーメンも売りにしてたり、よくありがちのこの手の店とはまた違った雰囲気のある店です。
レイアウトもオシャレで草間さんの絵も飾ってありました。良いですね。
