明壽庵は、あん食パンのお店です。
明壽庵の名前は、この王子の地で明治・大正から続く老舗３社ーパンの明治堂(明)・久壽餅の石鍋商店(壽)・餡の王子製餡所(庵) に由来しています。
長年この地にお店を構える中、親・子・孫の三世代のお客様にも恵まれました。
ここまで私たちを支えてくださったお客様への感謝と、これから王子で生まれる新たな出会いへの願いを込めて、３社の伝統技術を集めた、ここでしか味わえない特別なあん食パンを作りました。

あん食パンに
たっぷりの生クリームと
マンゴーをしっかり使った
迫力満点のフルーツサンド
フルーツの味を生かす為に、
生クリームの甘さは控えめ
使われる食パンは餡子配合のオリジナルで
食パン自体に特徴もちゃんと有ります。
中身がぎっしり詰まって
生クリーム・マンゴーのインパクトが強いかもしれませんが、バランスも良く、食べ応え十分です
意外とオヤツにも食事にもなるサンドイッチですよ〜
店内にはイートインスペースもあるので
カフェ利用も可能です
他のフルーツサンドも楽しみですねっ
