お連れして鼻高々な十条の本格イタリアン
上司よりディナーの店の予約を頼まれ、なかなか行けなかったこちらSHUSHUDAさんを予約。
期待を膨らませて訪店する。
先ずは外観が十条らしからぬ趣で素敵。
さぁ料理はどうか？
アスパラ、タマネギ、アボカド、エリンギ焼きは超絶に美味い！どれをとってもシンプルに仕上げられ、素材の味が生きておりました。
上司夫人はアスパラをとても気に入られておりました(^^)
ハンバーグは粗挽きで肉肉しさがしっかりあり、口の中で肉〜って強調してきます♪
パスタは２種類頼みました。
辛い厚切りベーコンのアラビアータ(だったと思う…)は、本当に唐辛子が沢山入っていて、辛い物好きの私は大満足のプレートです。
皆「辛〜」っていいながら食べてました(^o^)
もう一つはクリームソースにレモンが添えられた、本日のオススメの広島レモン…パスタです。
これがあっさりしており、とても食べやすくシェフのこだわりを感じました。広島出身の上司はご満悦でした！
さぁビザの番です。
マルゲリータと小エビのマヨパスタ… です。
マルゲリータはニンニクたっぷりで食欲を増加させる、
マヨのピザはまろやかで素晴らしく後味を引くものでした。これ食い続けていたら太りますね♬
カリッと焼き上げられた薄皮の生地がうまい！
塩味の効いた生地は、炭焼した香ばしい香りが口の中に広がりもはやナポリにいる気分です♫
初めて利用させていただきましたが、お客様目線で展開されているこちらのお店は、今後どんどん人気が出て予約困難になりそうな予感が？
予約してたのでテーブルにメッセージカードをいただきました(^^)こういう一手間が嬉しいですね

I came back to the store at the request of my bosses who took me there last time. They prepared enough appetizer plates for the number of people so that there would be no fighting (^^) The white asparagus was also a little chewy but had a good firmness. The steamed onions are soft and surprisingly sweet. I guess this is the real taste of onions. The pizza is baked in the oven and delivered straight to your table. Even with this, the cheese spreads so much that it's fragrant and delicious♪ The garlic in the pasta increases your appetite. Even though I've been eating so much, I still want to eat more and more. It's a crazy shop. Hamburg is coarsely ground and the natural flavor of the meat fills your mouth, making it a dish that you can eat as many as you like. Thank you to the owner and manager for always providing delicious food. It was a great dinner again this time. I will be using this again
