If you are taking a taxi on the Nippori-Toneri Liner, Kohoku Station may be relatively easy to hail. The closest stations in terms of distance are Nishiarai Daishi Nishi Station and JR Higashi-Jujo Station, but both are a 30-minute walk away, so they are not realistic (it is difficult to hail a taxi at either Nishiarai Daishi Nishi or Higashi-Jujo). 休日の11:45に到着し、前に2グループ並びあり
前の人たちは我々の直前に並び始めたらしい
この日に限って言うと11:30に並び始めると先頭
1回転目で入れたのは12:30くらいまでのグループだと思う
12:00くらいに行くのが安全だし椅子に座って並べる
店の向かいに灰皿が置いてあるのでタバコ吸えます
この日は1時間半前くらいにメニューが配られて、40分前にオーダーを取られました
ちなみにシレッと常連メニューを頼もうと試みましたが、首を横に振られ惨敗しました泣
最初にハツ刺しを食べるか聞かれたので、数が少ないのでしょう
入店してから追加で肉の注文もできますが、「後回しになるから提供に時間かかるよ！」と割と強めに言われました
ちなみに入店後に特上ハラミと上タンを追加しようとしましたが、これらは入店後の追加NG
注文時に追加NGなものを聞いておくとよかった
この日ヒレは入荷なし、、、
お肉は全体的に美味しかったですが、特徴として下処理がしっかりしてあり、味付け薄めといった感じ
個人的な感想としては、タレをつけないものはもっと味つけて欲しい
肉本来の味を楽しんでください的な方針なのでしょうか
肉の質とか下処理の手間とか考えると値段的にはコスパ良いと思いました

他のコメントでもみられますが、肉以外のメニューもレベルが高く美味しかった
これは美味しくないから頼まない方が良かったというメニューはありませんでした
強いて言うならハツ刺しが若干食感がボソッとしていたのでうーむと言う感じ
もしまた行く機会があれば、以下のようなラインナップにしようかと
