If you are taking a taxi on the Nippori-Toneri Liner, Kohoku Station may be relatively easy to hail. The closest stations in terms of distance are Nishiarai Daishi Nishi Station and JR Higashi-Jujo Station, but both are a 30-minute walk away, so they are not realistic (it is difficult to hail a taxi at either Nishiarai Daishi Nishi or Higashi-Jujo). Take Toei Bus 49 from Oji-Kamiya and get off at "Shikahama-san-chome" for 5 minutes. 2024年5月4日 土曜日 みどりの日。日本一の焼肉店と言われているここで食べる念願が叶いました。
知らない土地のため、待機タクシーがなくてもよいように、お店近くまでバスでアクセスすることを計画して、実行。赤羽駅東口〜鹿浜三丁目バス停（3番乗り場から、国際興業バス 赤27 西新井駅行 運賃230円※休日日中20分間隔）、11分後下車し、徒歩3分くらいでお店に到着。
12:15 スタミナ苑に到着
13:40 外列グループ毎にメニューを渡される

15:30 退店、帰路もバスで赤羽駅へ
ざっと一年越しの計画、休みを計画的に合わせないと全員揃ってどこかに行くことはできない四人仲間、地元の行きつけ店の飲み友達です。様々目的候補が挙がったりしましたが、スタミナ苑に着地。
生ビールで完売。最初にカクテキが提供され、大ぶりなカクテキを一個ずつ口にして四人がヴマイ、ヴマイ、ヴマイ、ヴマイ！酸っぱ系のカクテキ。私は最後に小鉢が回ってきたのて、特権で最後に残ったペーストも全部いただきました、ジョッキのビールが残り少なくなりました。
キムチ、ヴマイ…、小鉢を３周くらいで回しつまみました。スタミナ苑は肉以外も絶品と諸先輩方が言っていることを、実感できました。
ミックスホルモン、マジか？マジか？マジか？マジか？四人が口にして唸り声。素晴らしい塩味のもみだれ。
その後も別の焼き物を食べ続けるわけですが、いちいち手の込んだ包丁を入れて美味しくしていることがわかりました。
牛もつ塩煮込み、ヤバく美味しいです。ホルモンだけはタレで注文しましたが、もみだれ処理を施しているので、焼いてそのまま食べて絶品。
感想、日本一の焼肉店は、日本一美味しかったです。来ることができて、幸せです。遠くの、予約ができないのでハードルが高いのですが、この高いハードルや長時間並んで食べる価値があるお店と納得できました。実感、スタミナ苑。

※店内はコンパクトで、椅子席か小上がりかその時のタイミング次第です。荷物、上衣など、各人で工夫が必要です。例えばバッグ類用携帯フックとか、45ℓゴミ袋を持参して上衣を入れて床置きする等々。
※トイレドアは一つ、入ると男性小便器、そこからもう一つドアを入ると男女共用（未使用のため詳細は確認していません）。
※店舗前にスタンド灰皿があります。
