しばらくぶりに行った。開店20分前に着くと何と１番乗りでびっくり！１巡目に入れないかもと思い急いで歩いたのだがアレ〜。店の人に聴いてみたら昨日まで10日間休んでいたからでしょうとのこと。しばらく休むと再開してもこんなに客足に影響があるんだと営業の難しさを感じさせられた。
親子ぶっかけを温で1200円。いつもはかしわおろしぶっかけ冷なのだが違うものも食べてみようかと。10分程で着丼。温かいぶっかけうどんには温玉と刻み海苔。別皿にかしわ天２個とちくわ天１個。温なので冷よりは柔らかくコシはそれ程感じないがこれはこれでおいしい。昔はコシが強くないとおいしくないと思っていたが、博多うどんとか大阪のうどんとか柔らかいうどんも好きになった。かしわ天は熱々で外サクッ中ジューシーで前と変わらずおいしい。満足満足。
なお、後から入って来た１人客４人は全員かしわおろしぶっかけ冷を頼んでいたのでやはりこちらが１番人気なのは間違いない。次回は何を食べようかな。
