前から行きたかったうどん屋さんだったが、ついに仕事の関係で赤羽に行った際に寄る機会が来た。
11:30に行ったら案の定3組待ち。
待つこと15分で入店、カウンター席に案内された。
待ち時間に注文を決めて伝えてあったので、割とすんなり提供された。ぶっかけうどん(冷)野菜天ざるを頼んだが、量の多さにまずはビックリ‼️
うどんは固すぎずこしもあり、何より出汁の効いたつゆが絶品。天ぷらは普通だが、だし汁につけて食べると美味しいかも。満腹で天ぷらは残してしまった。
