夏日でサッパリしたものが食べたいと街を徘徊。
焼肉屋さんの看板に冷麺を発見したので迷わず入店。
メインが出る前にサラダ、キムチ、オレンジが提供される。
キムチはピリ辛、日本人好みの味でしっかり浸かっている。
冷麺はかなり具沢山、麺の上にオンされているのはスイカ、チャーシュー、タマゴ、錦糸卵、チェリー、更に麺の下には薄切りの酢漬け大根
麺はツルツル・シコシコ感を感じられなかったのが残念。
スープは薄口なものの、具材の味を邪魔しない。
出汁が効いているので 最後まで飲み干せる美味しさ。
最後にスイカとオレンジを食べてフィニッシュ。
