いつもガッツリ食べたい時に、彼女とよく行きます。
二人なのでカウンター席に案内されますが、結構落ち着きます。
鍋ダシは2種類選べますが、豆乳は絶対にお勧めです。
また、火鍋ダシは辛さの段階が選べ、赤羽店は若干辛めらしく、辛さ2で辛党の自分にも十分でした。
肉は旨み牛（加工牛）が断然に美味しいです。
この肉の柔らかさは、豆乳ダシにゴマだれがよく合います。
ゴマだれやニンニクが入れ放題なのがとても有り難いです。
お薦めは、ゴマだれにニンニクとラー油をガシガシ入れます。
飲み放題もありますが、ガッツリ食べたい時は食べ放題だけでコストパフォーマンスもバッチリです。
