正統派フレンチを、正統な盛り付けで供してくれる、赤羽では貴重な一軒なのですが。
サービスがガックリ、
さらにワインでガックリ。
お料理はおいしかったですよ。
でも、何を聞いても「ちょっと分かりません」「聞いてきます」
ワインについても「私ワイン飲まないんで・・・」
というフロアの方は、レストランの従業員として許されるのか？と思います。
ワインも、甘いものしかなく、がっかりでした。
お料理は良かっただけに、残念でした。
ワインのラインナップが改善し、
値段を下げるか／あるいはサービスの質を向上するか、
したらちょくちょく通うと思います。
