初めて赤羽でディナーを取ることになり、さっそく食べログにてお店検索。落ち着いた雰囲気のお店がいいなと思いこのラ･プワルに決定。
20:30待ち合わせの為ラストオーダーぎりぎりになると電話で伝えると、20:30には入ってもらわないと困りますとの一点張り。まあ小さなレストランだし仕方ないかと思い、時間を少し早めて向かったものの店の場所がわからず・・・
隠れ家レストランと言っても隠れすぎでしょと思いつつ、結局お店に電話して聞く羽目に。そして到着は20:35。それでもついた時には温かく迎えていただきました。
お店は住宅の1階を改装して作った家庭的というか家庭に入ってしまったようなところでした。他のお客様も居なかった為落ち着いて食事は出来ましたが、逆に静か過ぎて気を使ってしまうほどでした。
料理の内容は評価通り、前菜からデザートまでとても丁寧に味付けされていてとても満足できました。ご夫婦で営まれているようで確かに時間に厳しいのも納得できましたが、最後に伝票をテーブルまで持ってこられて会計をせがまれたのは少し残念でした。
