赤羽ツアーとくれば外せないです、のんきさん。
カウンター一番奥のお気に入りの席。
まずはホッピーから。
僕のルーティーンはホッピー1本で3杯飲む。つまり中のお代わりは2回。
そのホッピー3連投でレバ刺しとお通しキャベツをやっつける。
ここで下町ハイボール（ジョッキ）をオーダーしつつもつ焼きに。
しろたれ、はつ、かしら。串は2本からなので6本。
やってきた下町ハイボールでもつ焼きをやっつける。
しろたれ。最＆高。ここのしろほど柔らかくて臭みがなくてとろけるものは未だ出会ったことがない。
そしてはつとかしら。こちらは塩で。モツのうまみと弾力のある歯ごたえ。あぁ肉を食べてる感で満たされる。
相変わらずのハイクオリティ。
名古屋にも出して欲しい。
