I visited around 13:00 on a certain day in October 2021. Sushiya Ginzo Akabane is located about a 2-minute walk from the ticket gate of Akabane Station. The spacious store was about 20% full of customers. I sat alone at a table and ordered the "Seafood Bowl /Udon Set" for ¥880 from the lunch menu. It will be served after waiting about 10 minutes. A combination of simple udon, chawanmushi, and pickles in a small Seafood Bowl. Try a Sushi Seafood Bowl. As for the balance between rice and toppings, I would like to see one or two more Sushi toppings. I dip it in a small plate of soy sauce and eat it with rice, but I end up with leftover rice. The taste is not bad. The simple udon noodles are topped with a light amount of seaweed and sesame seeds. The soup has a strong soy sauce flavor and is lukewarm. It's a very ordinary udon, but it goes well with a mini Seafood Bowl. The chawanmushi is quite hot. Unfortunately, there were fewer ingredients than I expected. The taste is good. Although it's not a huge lunch, you can enjoy Seafood Bowl and udon in a well-balanced manner. It's nice to be able to eat in peace at a spacious table. There are various Ginzo restaurant, and each store has a different taste and comfort. I think the Akabane store has good taste and store environment.
