かの道場六三郎さんの兄弟弟子でもある大助さんの手がける料理は赤羽のアットホームな雰囲気の中でも群を抜いた料理センス！
もちろん、フグのコースもリーズナブルながら美味いですし、お通しから最高！！
先日は柿と魚を市松模様に調理した先付けを頂き感動したのを覚えてます。刺身ももちろん注文してからのきっつけですし、フグの唐揚げ最高！！鍋の後は大助飯や茶そばか雑炊で〆ます。
