赤羽はセンベロ店も美味しいですが、最近はこちらにハマっています。池袋店もあるのを発見しましたので流行っているのでしょうか、嬉しいですね。美味しい生ビールが飲めて、イタリアンが満喫できる、そんなお店です。ピザが売りなので女性どうしや若いカップルが多いですが、落ち着いた感じのご夫妻とか、客層は良い方に幅広いです。センベロ店とは棲み分けされてるのでしょうか。週中の平日、早い時間はけっこう空いてることがあり、私的にはラッキーです。

もう春ですか、西の方では咲いたと聞こえてきましたが。季節感を演出してくださるのは嬉しいです。冬の味覚の印象が強い牡蠣とのマリアージュは最高です。
次に定番のハチノス。シンプルな塩煮込みですがコクがあって食感が楽しくスープも飲めてあったまるんです。
ギネスはきめ細かな泡を乗せた美しい仕上がりで提供してくれます。これだけでも来る価値あると感じています。
