私事ながら某業界に30年以上，勤めていましたが、
一身上の都合の為，丁度1年前の10月末で退職、、
その後，前の業界とは全く180度違う，業界に入りました、、、
そして，この会社、かなり大きいらしく、組合が，いくつもあり、それぞれ関係者の方から話を聴き，
コチラの組合に入会させて頂きました、、
本日は，その組合の交流会があるとの事、、、
今までは、他の行事等の案内もありましたが、
ある方からの熱い想い，そして的確な仕事場のご助言、またアドバイスなどで今回、初めて交流会の参加となりました、、、
交流会のスタートは12時から14時迄、、、
お料理の内容は以下の通り、
シーザーサラダ
バンバンジーとピータン
エビチリ
唐揚げ
豆苗炒め
豚の角煮
チャーハン
フライドポテト
シューマイ
デザート
コチラに飲み放題，料金は，おそらく税込¥3,300-
先ずは，この金額設定に驚きました！
飲み放題の種類も多くて、料理品は9品とボリュームも有り、、
このお値段の料理内容だと，充分に満足出来るかと思いました、、
その中でも，特に気になり美味しかったのが、
エビチリ、豚の角煮、バンバンジー！
エビチリは、ソースが旨い、
旨く言えませんが、甘みの中に黒酢？
そしてコクもアリ！
豚の角煮は、ほんとに柔らかくて，とろっとろ！
※かなり煮込んでるのでしょう、、
最後に，バンバンジー、、
柔らかか鶏肉と胡麻ダレがベストマッチ！
またピータンも美味しくてビールやハイボールのアテにピッタシ！
ちなみに、ビールが価格の影響なのか、店内が混み合ったせいなのか、発泡酒(パーフェクトサントリービール)の泡が殆ど無く、ドリンクの提供時間も，かなり遅れたり、来て無かったりしていたのだけは，残念でした、、、
それでも、交流会に参加出来た事で，満足です、、
