本日は赤羽の町中華に。
赤羽とは言っても駅で言うとJR赤羽駅よりは、
南北線の赤羽岩淵駅が近いでしょうか。
JR赤羽駅からだと、赤羽メイン通り 赤羽一番街をずんずんと歩き、最後まで行ききってすぐの所。
赤羽で飲んでいると、味が良いお店として ちょいちょいお名前が出てくるこちら 本日が初訪問となります。
町中華と言えばやはり チャーハンとラーメンという事で、ラーメン半チャーハンのセットを注文。
いぶし銀のおやじ様と、働き盛りらの店主さんの2名がオープンキッチン的な厨房で、創ってくださる。
先ずは半チャーハン
あー、これこれ。優しくく、しっとり、でも味はしっかりする。チャーシューがアクセントになり しっとり且つ食べ応えのある味わい。
ラーメン
これぞ 町中華のラーメン。シンプルかつスッキリしたスープ。生姜の後味なのか 町中華だからこそ味わえるこのスープ
麺はツルツルもっちり。
チャーシューもナルトも ちゃんと存在感出してます。
わたしにとってはどストライクな チャーハンとラーメンでした。
食べてる途中 このお店の近くに住んでいる知人が偶然来店。
地元の人に本当に愛されているお店なのだなとあらためて実感。
また食べに行かせていただきます。
