赤羽駅構内のecute にお店はあります。ある日帰宅途中に赤羽駅で乗り換えた際に持ち帰りさせていただきました。
春らしく桜の塩漬けをちょこっと載せた桜いなりなど限定メニューもありましたので購入。
私のお気に入りは生姜いなり。
生姜の辛みと爽やかさ、食感がいなり寿司にピッタリでメチャ旨し！で今のところ一番人気。
2番人気がわさびいなり、3番人気が豆狸いなりです。
私自身豆狸のファンなので結構お土産で買って帰ることが多いのですが、最近彼方此方に出店されて購入しやすくなったのは私としては嬉しい限りです。
