赤羽のまるます家の近くの２階に光牛がある。
メニュー。
結構安い値段設定。
サービスで枝豆をいただいた。
タン塩は切り身がでかい。
ハサミで切っていただく。
ミックスホルモンの200g。
ミノ、ハツ、シマチョウとよくわからない部位(^^;)
何か焼いてもねちょっとした食感があるんだよ。
