Delicious aged beef
I suddenly felt like eating meat, so I called and was told that the counter was vacant, so I went over. The place is full as of 20:00. I ordered a set of 3 types: skirt steak + short ribs + white hormone. Lots of big meat. Now 1000 yen is too cheap! Harami and short ribs are aged meat and have a sweet flavor. Eating it with salt gives it just the right balance. It's definitely delicious. Jotan shio is a large, thick tongue with green onion paste, which is also served with salt. The best. I also ordered a double salad of tofu salad and potato salad, and the meat progressed steadily. I especially love potato salad in a trolley type like mashed potatoes. I enjoyed it with slightly carbonated makgeolli.
Meat that packs a punch, the pricing is wrong lol
I went to a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that I used to frequent before the coronavirus pandemic for the first time in a while. I ordered a 3-piece set of aged skirt steak, aged short ribs, and white hormone. The meat is so big that I feel like the price is wrong at 1000 yen. The impact of two skirt steaks and two short ribs is amazing. I also ordered extra tongue, which cost 1200 yen. It's amazing. When you eat meat with a slightly sweet flavor, it has a very meaty punch. The meat is more chewy than soft, and the more you chew, the more flavor it gets. The green onion paste on the tongue is wonderful. To cleanse your palate, try the refreshing tofu salad and potato salad. The best. Both quantity and quality are satisfactory. This is my feeling that a new boom is coming.

胃袋が肉を求めている。
急遽、電話してみると、カウンターが空いているとの返事。ラッキー。
私の定番メニュー「上タン1200円」と「豆腐サラダ600円」を注文。
厚くて大きいタンが登場。軟らかくて絶品。肉に乗った葱ペーストも良い。
追加で、「熟成ロース850円）」も。こちらも大きな肉がドンッ！
卓上にハサミがあるので、焼けてきたら食べやすい大きさにカット。
ビール、マッコリに合う！
やっぱりここの熟成肉は美味しい。
