今日はご近所散策の途中で遅めのランチをイタリアンで。此処、「esto」を訪問したのは4年ぶりになるかな、最近ご無沙汰してました。
実は昨晩、NHKで先週まで放送してた仏サスペンス番組をイッキ観してたんですが、場中に出てきたビストロ観てたら無性にパテが食べたくなってしまった次第で。
当初はクラフトビールも出す「クラフト&クラフト」にて「フォアグラのラルム～トリュフ塩添え～」を食べようかと思ったんですが、生憎ランチとディナーの中休みでプランは頓挫…。
仕方な近くを放浪してたところ、此処の看板に「パテ・ド・カンパーニュ」（700円）の文字を発見❕これぞ何かのご縁と訪問させていただきました。
まずはビール（プレミアムモルツ 580円）を注文。お通しにはパルミジャーノのスライス。赤羽らしくない、なかなか洒落おつなお通しで…。グリッシーニが添えられてたら言うことなし！なんですが。
さてパテは想像通り、しっかりとした出来で添えてある2種のマスタード（粒とビネガー和え）との相性バツグン。美味しく戴きました。
早速ビールに飲み干し、次に「がぶ飲みワイン」なる白ワイン（トレッビアーノ 450円）と、先日某店で食べ損ねたリゾット（ポルチーニとベーコンのリゾット 1500円）を注文。
リゾットも秀逸。お米の芯も僅かに残った食感とポルチーニソースの絶妙なコラボが癖になりそうです。ガーリックに加え、チーズの香りもgood(^^)d
昔、ニューオータニにあったイタリアン「ベルヴュー」（現「ベッラ・ヴィスタ」）で、社会人一年目の時に初めて本格的イタリアンを頂戴したときに味わったリゾットをちょっとばかり思い出しました☺️
ハウスの白ワインは「うーん…」ってな味わいでちょっと残念。これは単純に個人的な好き好みの問題。もともとソーヴィニヨン・ブランが嫌いな自分にトレビアーノは合わないか…。でもまぁ、安かったんで問題なし。
