本日は東京の北、赤羽へ。
ラーメン二郎が閉店してもうどれぐらいだろうか。
赤羽といえばラーメンが浮かぶ。夏海、高はし、金字塔はご健在だけど、今日はラーメンの気分じゃないかな。
一番街を抜けて、北本通りの方へ歩いていく途中になんとなく入ってみたくなるイタリアンを発見。
冒険してみるか、と入店してみると割とお客さんが入ってる。
サラダが運ばれてきた時点で期待値が上がる(o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)
そして前菜。丁寧な盛り付けに食べる前から、これは美味しいよね♡と心の中でニンマリ。
前菜は、
カツオのカルパッチョ
イタリア産生ハム
ローストビーフとトマトのマリネ
シブレットクリームチーズのクロスティニ
パンとフォカッチャは手作りのようだ。焼き立てを持ってきてくれてフワッフワ。美味しーい！
パスタは鶏むね肉と茄子のペペロンチーノ。こちらは4種類から選べます。
パスタの茹で加減も好みで、ペペロンチーノの味付けも奥が深い味。
次回は親友を誘って再訪したいと思ったお店でした。

パスタが変わった頃かな、と訪問。
トマト系、クリーム系、オイル系だとだいたいトマト系を選びがちですが、こちらのお店ではオイル系が美味しくて、メニューが変わってもオイル系を選びます。
サラダや前菜、焼き立てのパン、コーヒーは変わらず、パスタはほうれん草とベーコンのアーリオオーリオです。
パスタの茹で具合も絶妙ですごく美味しいです。
美味しいコーヒーもついて、ゆっくりと美味しいランチを堪能しました。
