赤羽に、、、！！
埼玉に住んでいる知り合いと近いうちに御飯にいく約束をして場所は2人の行きやすい場所の赤羽になりました。お店探しに苦戦をしていたのですが、食べログを検索したところ、お洒落そうなお店を発見！すかさず連絡して予約をとりました！
お店に着くや、焼肉屋とは思えない外観と、雰囲気！まるでイタリアンみたいな感じでした。
予約をしておいたのでスムーズにテーブル席へ、先ずはビール、プレミアムモルツを！臭みは全くなく泡も滑らかで美味しい！
マスターのオススメは盛り合わせとの事で盛り合わせとキムチ盛り、サラダを注文！タレは3種類、甘口のつけだれ、ポン酢、ダシ醤油！
盛り合わせが来た時、久しぶりの感動、見た目のインパクトは非常に心打たれました！
マスターが盛り合わせの内容と焼き方、食べ方を説明していただき、マスターが焼いてくれました！焼き加減も食べさせ方も全て美味しく頂けました！焼肉のウンチクなど楽しい会話を交わしながら！お店は黒毛和牛のA5にこだわっているとの事！美味いの一言です(^_^)
また必ず伺います！
