相変わらずの、高コストパフォーマンス。もちろん安いだけじゃなくて美味しい。特に肉の味を引き立てる（この店のスペシャルだと思うのだが）、薬味の数々。特に私は、ワサビが好き！ 赤羽近辺に住んでいるなら、行かなきゃ損だと思う。
今日は、タン、それも舌の根っこのほうの厚切りタンを賞味。舌は先端のほうにいけばいくほと、硬くなるので、薄くしないと硬くなっちゃうんですって。それを今日は厚切りの根っこのほう。歯ごたえばあのタンなんですが、ジューっとおいしい肉汁がたまりませんでした。
