『スペインバル Azul 赤羽』さんへ伺いました。
Azul=アズールではなくアスールと読みます。
場所は赤羽東口から徒歩5分、LaLaガーデンに入り、長崎ちゃんぽんリンガーハットの角を北本通りに向かって曲がったところ、喫茶店『ピッコロ』さんの並びです。
青を基調した可愛らしいお店で以前から気になっていました。
赤羽中央街にあるスペインバル『Circo』さんの姉妹店です。
▫️姫ホタテとアボカドのクリームパエリア
1,200円 (サラダ、スープ付き)
ランチメニューにはパエリアが17種類＋グラタン＋ピザと種類が多くて迷ってしまい、店員さんのおすすめで女性に人気の姫ホタテとアボカドのクリームパエリアにしました。
待つ間にスープとサラダが。スープはシンプルなチキンスープ、サラダはクスクス入りでボリュームたっぷり。ドレッシングも自家製だと思います。
ランチセットのサラダが美味しい時点で期待値が上がります。
いよいよメインのパエリアが登場。
クリーミーで優しい味わい。姫ホタテもたくさんでいいお味。クリーム系だとドリアのような感じもします。
パエリア鍋にはポットホルダーが付いており、しっかり手で押さえておこげも楽しみました。
(余談ですがポットホルダー、Amazonで発見！買おうかな)
店内は地中海⁉︎のようなオシャレな内装です。
他のパエリアも気になるし、夜のコースも良さそう。再訪決定です。
