This is an Italian Cuisine bar that specializes in Meat Dishes, offering a wide variety of meats from beef to lamb and game. It is located a 4-5 minute walk from the east exit of JR Akabane Station. After crossing the traffic light on the left, enter the shopping street and go past Akabane Elementary School. The appetizer is mushroom potage. The aroma of mushrooms and a little bit of espresso cream on top give it a rich flavor. First, a toast with white wine! This wine has just the right amount of acidity to go with the appetizers. By the way, house wine is 390 yen by the glass. Even a glass of wine with the word "today" is 490 yen. Thank you! Akabane!! Assorted appetizers There are M/L sizes, so you can choose according to the number of people. I'm a little late, so here's a photo of one serving. I'm happy that they use different meats for each type of beef, pork, chicken, and other meats. And I was surprised that the price per person was only a few hundred yen, even though there was so much food on offer. Cow tongue stew Cow tongue stew is hidden in a gratin of soft-boiled egg and cheese sauce. It's a great dish to have hot for a long time, and is perfect for the cold winter. Thick-sliced Cow tongue confit The tongue is thick, but it's stewed until it's tender. The light tongue is also extremely thick, so the more you chew it, the more flavor it exudes. I thought about ordering red wine to go with the meat, but someone in the distance was drinking a cute, so-called photogenic drink and I ordered it. Maybe because it's the season now, it's a bubble with plenty of strawberries. This is really good. The sparkling wine itself is not too sweet, and it's selected to match the food. I also ordered a drink mixed with milk as a dessert. It's easy to drink, and I could drink as much as I wanted. I finished with a cappuccino. It's as you'd expect from a restaurant with Italian Cuisine. It's comforting to have coffee. Inside the store, there is a bench along the wall to the right as soon as you enter. Tables are lined up at equal intervals. The aisle side is the chair, and although the front is narrow, it has depth. There is also a 4,000 yen course that includes 3 hours of drinks, so although the a la carte was good, I would like to try the course when I get the chance to see what it's like.
