まずはお通し
この日はカレーかとりもつ煮のどちらかのチョイス
寒いのでとりもつ煮をチョイス
温まりつつ始めます。
サラダはオリジナルドレッシングであっさりと
続いて人気メニューのレバテキ
こちらはタレorごま塩でチョイス可能ですが、安定にごま塩をチョイス
しんなりと新鮮感のあるレバテキはそのままでも良し、ごま塩につけても良しの絶品でした。
続いて牛タン
こちらは炭の七輪で焼きすぎすくらいのところまで仕上げれば安定に美味い牛たんの完成です。
そしてメインとも言えるメガ盛りホルモンMIX 300g
こちらは豚と牛が両方入っているそうで特性のタレに漬け込まれた盛り合わせです。
細かな部位特定まではいかなかったんですがシロやハラミなどいろんな部位をお酒とともに楽しめます！
いろんな部位を楽しむならメガ盛りMIXが無難です。
接客も素晴らしく、帰り際にホッカイロをもらえたのでそこも嬉しいポイントでした。
