赤羽駅一番街の奥の方にあり、提灯が並んだ明るい外観で気になっていたので行ってみました。
店内は渋めの雰囲気で席は全部で30席くらいでした。店員さんが席まで七輪を持ってきてくれて、炭火の焼肉を楽しめます。
今回頼んだメニューはこんな感じです。
・乾杯レモンサワー 580円
元祖ホルモン酒場では11種類のレモンサワーがあり、とりあえず乾杯と書いてあったので乾杯レモンサワーを頼んでみました。
ビールとレモンサワーを合わせた飲み物で、キンキンに冷えた状態で出てきます。
・もつ煮込み
定番おつまみのもつ煮込みです。
味噌ベースの濃厚な味で8時間以上煮込まれていて、とてもコクがありました。
・レバテキ 860円
お店名物の和牛のレバテキは数量限定商品になっています。
中心がレアの状態なのでなるべく早く食べないといけないそうです。
プリプリで美味しく、塩ダレを付けていただきました。
・特上ロース 1980円
特上のロース肉は脂身が少なくて肉々しかったです。
・究極のレモンサワー 680円
クエン酸とレモンのシャーベットが入ったレモンサワーです。
クエン酸が入っているので、かなり酸っぱくて疲れが取れそうな味です。
・ネギネギ上タン塩 1600円
ネギがたっぷり乗ったタン塩です。
ネギがすごく多いので店員さんが食べ方を教えてくれました。
ネギを乗せたままゆっくり片面から焼くか、ネギをどかしておいてタンを焼いて後からネギを乗せて食べるのがオススメだそうです。
レモン汁でさっぱりいただきました。
・強炭酸氷結レモンサワー 680円
カチカチに凍ったレモンが溶けていくことで、どんどんレモンの味が効いてきます。
こちらのレモンサワーは追い酎ハイができ、2杯目からはお得に飲めます。
・マルチョウ 750円、コプチャン 550円、シマチョウ 550円
オススメ牛ホルモン3種類の盛り合わせです。
ホルモンの中でも一番好きなマルチョウは、脂の乗りがよく弾力があってレモンサワーとよく合いました。
また、シマチョウはコリコリとした食感が良くこちらもおつまみにぴったりです。
レモンサワーは他のお店ではあまり見かけない組み合わせがあって、どれを頼むか悩むのが楽しかったです。
焼肉がリーズナブルに楽しめて店員さんも丁寧な対応で活気のある良い雰囲気なので、良かったら行ってみてください。
