I wanted to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat), so I made a reservation the day before. I was so excited that I skipped lunch and was fully prepared! This time, I ordered an assortment of 7 kinds of rare parts, assorted trees, Chinese cabbage kimchi, grilled garlic oil, and yukkejang soup. The dipping sauce is lemon, soy sauce malt, wasabi, and sauce. Use sauce and salt accordingly. I look forward to the 7 types of rare cuts, as the meat on top is different each time. Among them, the one that was delicious this time was the filet mimi. It's more of a high-quality Steak than Yakiniku (Grilled meat). This time it was also the best, with four pieces of top Cow tongue and delicious shimisuji. Since I was hungry, I also ate Kizumori. Contains ribs, loin, skirt steak, pickled ribs, and today's rare cuts. I ordered the yukkejang soup to be a little spicy. It would have been better if it was a little spicier, but since I had the next day off, I ordered the grilled garlic oil for the first time.
