リーズナブルに和牛を味わえる、地元の方に愛されている焼肉店。一頭買いだからこその低価格。お肉は注文後に、一枚一枚丁寧にカットているとか。だから、こんなに綺麗なお肉なんですね。幻の絶品希少部位「トモサンカク、みすじ、イチボ、かいのみ」もリーズナブルに味わえる「希少部位七種盛り」と美味しかったのですが、個人的には花咲タンがめちゃめちゃ美味しかった。サラダもお豆腐たっぷり、ボリュームありますし、ドレッシングが美味しい。
