赤羽にある麻辣駅に行ってきました＾＾
ここは中華料理屋です。プラザホテルの地下にあります。
今回注文したのは麻婆豆腐定食です。
辛さは普通・中辛・大辛・激辛の4種類から選べます。
本場の味は恐いわ～ということでビビッて中辛を選択しました。
結果として大正解♪
中辛にしては真っ赤っかだけど大丈夫？と心配になるくらい豆腐の海が赤く、罰ゲームかのごとくグツグツしていました。
レンゲですくい上げると激熱( ;∀;)
冷まして口に運ぶと山椒の痺れで撃沈。
唐辛子の辛さなのか、山椒の痺れなのか、ライスの熱さなのか、何が原因でライスが進まないのかが分からないくらい口の中が大混乱を起こしていました。
大辛や激辛にしていたら…と思うとゾッとします笑
麻婆豆腐を食べた後の杏仁豆腐はまるで天国にいったかのようなおいしさでした♪
つるつるのど越しがいい杏仁豆腐ではなく、しっかりと固い杏仁豆腐でした。
個人的にはこのタイプの方が好きですヾ(≧▽≦)ﾉ
