Today's drinking party: Drinking alone after work. I entered the store in front of Kita-Akabane Station because I was attracted by the "Small Drink Set" sign. There was a counter outside the store, so I sat there. Choinomi set (1,098 yen): A set of 1 drink, stewed offal, crispy cabbage, 2 skewers of selection, and your choice of dish (half). For set drinks, you can have a second drink, and the first drink is Akahoshi (759 yen). Offal stew: Shiro, carrots, daikon radish, and garlic are simmered in a salt-based broth. It was topped with a large amount of green onions and was refreshing and delicious. Crispy cabbage: Served with spicy miso and mayonnaise. It was crispy and delicious. Two skewers: skirt steak and kashira. When I didn't know the part, I was asked if I wanted salt or sauce, so I went with salt, but was the grilled skirt steak and kashira delicious? Dishes to choose from (half): I was told that I could choose from chicken ham, smoked cheese, and edamame, so I chose chicken ham. It looks like a thigh roll, topped with lots of green onions, sweet soy sauce, and garnished with mustard. Akahoshi was provided with a large amount of grated radish (220 yen) as an appetizer.
