JR赤羽駅東口から5分くらい、スズラン通り商店街を少し入ったところの2階にあります。
ちなみに1階はＦＧＲ DINERさんです。
狭い螺旋階段を上った2階、店内は奥へ細長くL字にテーブル席が並び、右手キッチン前にカウンター席があります。
お店の方はキッチンに男性、フロアとキッチン兼務の女性とフロア担当の女性がお一人づついました。
毎月変わるらしい週固定の日替わりランチ、休日もやっています。
1種類だけのパスタとドリンク付きで￥800、サラダはオプションで付けることができます。
私が行ったのは土曜日、ほうれん草とベーコンのクリームパスタでした。
ドリンクは紅茶をホットでお願いします。
こちらのお店のパスタは下味が選べるとのこと、バターオイルにしました。
パスタはアルデンテよりも早茹ででちょっと硬かったです…。
クリームソースはサラサラとした水っぽいタイプ、クリーム感はなく牛乳でしょうか、しつこくなくて私は好きです。
ソースが薄味なのはベーコンの塩気が強いからなのかしら？
軽めの量なのであっという間に完食、大盛りでも食べられそう。
食後の紅茶はティーバッグのアールグレイ、もう少し濃いめでも良かったかも。
ランチタイムでもグランドメニューが頼めます。
メニュー数が多くて迷いそう…。
