あぺたいと
高島平の有名店が赤羽にオープンしました。
すでに都内中心に数店舗展開していますね。
17号国道で知った両面焼きそば、来たかったですね。
ものすごい花輪に包まれてお祭りムードのようでした。
テラス席の他、カウンター席5席、テーブル席10席ほどかな。奥にも席がありそうに見えました。
名物両面焼きそば単品は700円～。
ランチタイムはセットメニューがあります。
900円～。中ランチが1100円～。大ランチが1300円～。
その他に餃子やサラダ、唐揚げ、みそ漬け豚丼、炙りチャーシュー丼、スタミナ丼などとのセットがあるのは他店と同じではないかと思います。
B級の代表と思いきやなかなか強気のお値段です。
個人的にライスはいらないのですが、その選択肢が狭い。
ライスかスープを選べる鳥唐揚げセットから中1300円をスープで、＋生卵50円をお願いしました。
しばらくして唐揚げとスープから到着。まもなくステンレス大皿に乗った両面焼きそばが提供されました。
卓上には七味と餃子用のタレ類以外の薬味は特になし。
スープを少し。
琥珀色に澄んだこれは、かなり強い香りがする個性的なスープでした。ノスタルラーメンスープの系統ですがなんというかワイルドな獣肉系の風味が強いですかね。
好きですけど。
両面焼きそば。別注の生卵を乗せてあります。
パリパリの堅焼きを想像していると違いますね。
見た目普通の焼きそばで、調理過程で普通の焼きそばより強く焼き付けられるため、香ばしい香りとパリッとした麺の食感がアクセントになっています。
味付けは色の黒さほど濃くないので、中盛りでも飽きずに食べられます。
卵と絡めれば味はよりマイルドになります。
鳥唐揚げが美味しかった。
程よい味付けとサクリとした薄衣の食感、肉がふんわり柔らかくてジューシーでもありました。
火傷しましたが、ここの唐揚げは印象に残りました。
人の出入りが多く賑やかなお店。
夜もわいわい賑わいそうな雰囲気でした。
