夏日の今日、事務所に居ると冷房ガンガン…
外に出てみたら暑い…体温調節もしてるんだろうけど、これじゃ疲れちゃいそう。
夏バテが出る前に栄養補給しなきゃ。
焼肉？しゃぶしゃぶ？うーん、焼肉って感じじゃないかなぁ。最近焼肉が辛いお年頃になって来たような…。
お肉とお野菜をたっぷりいただける鍋が良いなぁ。
自宅だと滝汗だから、鍋はお店で食べるのが好き。
豚のしゃぶしゃぶを考えていたのだけど、メニューを見たら…もつ鍋発見！
あ！もつ鍋にしよう！！
スーパーだと美味しいモツ、なかなか無いのよね。失敗したくないし。でもお店ってやっぱり臭みもなくてgood.
とーっても美味しかったです。
目の前でふつふつしてるクリアなスープ、シャキシャキ状態の野菜が好みだわ。
火通りも野菜は早いしね。
たっぷりいただけて大満足！炭水化物要らずなほど。
鍋が来る前になにかつまみを…とオーダーしたのが、もつ煮込み（笑）。
やだ、モツづくしになってたわ。
ま、いっか。好きなもの、身体に良さそうだし。
味が全然違うし、部位も違うし！！
どちらもペロリ完食！
