大阪焼肉「ホルモン ふたご」は、2010年創業の焼肉店です。
大阪出身のふたごがはじめた焼肉店なので、店名もふたご。
創業から11年目にして、首都圏を中心に国内約80店舗、海外4店舗を展開する人気店で
五感で楽しむ個性豊かなメニューとエンターテイメント性の高いサービスで
世界一記憶に残る焼肉店を目指しているのだそう。
そんな人気焼肉店が赤羽にOPENしたので、学生時代からの友人S嬢と訪問。
どこか懐かしい昭和の焼肉屋さんを思わせる店構えのふたご。
卓上コンロでタレに漬け込んだ肉を焼くという昔ながらのスタイルですが
他店と大きく異なるのが、お肉の焼き方です。
厳選したお肉を最高の状態で食べるために、ふたごでは1テーブルに1人
専属の店員さんがついて、お肉を焼いてくれます。
この日、担当してくれたのは、ノリのいい若い男性スタッフで
私たちの会話を邪魔することなくスマートに肉を焼き、料理の説明もしてくれて
かつ、テーブルの雰囲気を盛り上げてくれました。
なかなか会食もままならない今日この頃。久しぶりに会うS嬢との近況報告会です。
ふたご初訪問のＳ嬢には是非とも名物のはみでるカルビを食べてもらいたかったので
はみでるカルビが堪能できるコースを利用しました。
久しぶりにアルコールも飲めるというので、ビールも楽しめる飲み放題も堪能。
名物はみでるカルビは、スタッフさん曰く「今日はめっちゃ肉厚で超あたりですよ」とのこと。
はみでるカルビを焼く際には、スタッフの皆さん一同で「よいしょ！」の掛け声とともに盛り上げてくれました。
Ｓ嬢も大変満足された様子。よい食事会となりました。
肉もホルモンも美味しく、雰囲気もよく、お店から元気がもらえる感じ。
また食べに行こうと思います。
