2022年８月にオープンしたこちら、
まだそれほど話題にはなってないと
思いますが、お肉に超詳しいフーディー
からのおすすめ情報が入ったので、
先月行ってきました。
こちらは生肉が扱える許可を持っている
お店なので、お刺身からスタート！
新鮮な生肉も良かったのですが、
明太子と和えたセンマイが抜群でした。
タンは3枚重ねて食べるようオススメ
されましたが、これもいいですね。
とにかく使っているお肉のクオリティが
めちゃくちゃ良い！
おまかせコースが6000円ほどなので、
かなりハイコストパフォーマンス
だと思います。
名物的な位置付けのバラ焼きも美味しくて
オリジナリティがあって良いと思いました。
〆も充実していて、ご近所にあったら頻繁に
通いたくなる良店だと思います。
