I went to the most hidden French cuisine of my life. It must be expensive, right? Well, it's high quality French cuisine food, and even with a course and wine, it was only 15,000 yen, which is a bargain. It's a great deal, so listen up! It's also in Akabane, a drinking district, and it's really quiet, with no signboard and no entrance! It's just so wonderful. I pressed the intercom to let them in, and I still remember how excited I was. When I entered, I was greeted by a beautiful display of many wines. ☑︎Organically grown edamame potage. Rich, rich, edamame flavor and saltiness. It wakes up your stomach all at once. Now, I'm looking forward to drinking (maybe only for me). ☑︎Kelp-marinated golden-eyed snapper and bamboo shoot fritters. I crumbled the salted cherry blossoms with my hands like salt and turned them around. The rich cherry blossom scent spreads even as it is, and the olive miso in front? Adding this gives it a sharp taste and ends with the scent of cherry blossoms, creating a stylish mouthfeel. The bamboo shoots are so juicy... they almost crumble when you hold them with chopsticks. The fluffy golden-eyed snapper is sweet and delicious. ☑︎Organic Kitaakari "JYAGABATA" Possibly the most stylish potato butter in the world!!! There's parsley butter in the cheese. What is this, like a gratin? I was impressed by the wonderful aroma that spread throughout the room. ☑︎Spanish mackerel mi-cuit served with chrysanthemum soup. Eh, chrysanthemum? Some people might think that, but the soup, which combines Spanish mackerel stock and crown chrysanthemum, is so green in broth, yet it's such a fishy stock that it's not at all grassy, it goes amazingly well with the Spanish mackerel. ☑︎ Roasted Ezo deer with pan-fried foie gras This amazing thing came out of the pot, the aroma spreads all at once and you can just drink it in. The Ezo deer meat is topped with a luxurious amount of foie gras, and when eaten together, the elasticity of the red deer meat is coated with the juicy fat of the foie gras, it's just... muhuhuhuhu. The sauce also goes perfectly with it, and the wine finishes it off with a flourish I would like to go through this process 100 times. ☑︎ Assortment of 3 kinds of European cheese This is truly a drinker's delight They let me choose between dessert or sake kasu, and of course I chose sake kasu, but since it was the last dish, maybe it was a bit too much? But when I thought that, the amount was good and I was really drinking like a thief. The wonderful space, wonderful service, and wine combined made me feel like I was in a luxury that was beyond my means. And yet it wasn't too formal and it was a comfortable place. I want to keep it a secret. I want to go again.
