花金はハッスルしすぎて絶不調。土曜日は丸々潰れてしまったが日曜は
なんとか回復したのでスタミナ補給するために赤羽に昼飲みに出掛ける。
向かった先は亀戸にある人気ホルモン焼き店のツートップの一つである
ホルモン青木の赤羽支店にお邪魔する。訪問は到着は日曜の開店30分前
の11時30分。店頭に置かれた待合席では3組が順番待ちをしていたので
その後ろに接続する。定刻に開店とな順番に店内へと吸い込まれていく。
店内を見渡すと4人掛けのテーブル席が27席あったが、一気に案内すると
注文が殺到してオペレーションが確立できない為か取り敢えず7卓だけの
入店となった。（ここから約15分間隔で4卓づつ案内していたので接客は
スムーズ）まずは卓上に置かれたメニュー表をジッと眺めて考え込む。
【メニュー】
何も飲まずに並んでいたので喉がカラッカラだったのでチューハイから
スタート。そして焼き物を数点お願いした。
【牛レバ焼き】
しっかりと切り口のカドが立っていることから新鮮なレバだというのが
判ります。七輪で焼き上げて付属の胡麻油に潜らせて口へ運ぶ。厚切り
でブリブリな食感のレバはクセがなくて旨味が一杯。
【ホルモン】
脂ノリノリのホルモン。そのまま焼いても良いのだけれど出来れば軽く
押し潰して皮目を下にして焼くのが正解。熱で溶けた脂が炭に落下して
炎が上がるとテンションも上がる。皮がきつね色に変化したら裏返して
さっと炙れば完成。口一杯にトロトロの脂が広がりチューハイを飲む手
を進めます。
【エンガワ】
エンガワって何ぞや？って思っていたら豚のハラミらしい。しっかりと
焼いてパクリ。適度な弾力で噛めば噛むほど旨味が溢れ出す。
【乳酸菌ハイ】
箸休めを兼ねて気になっていたお店名物の乳酸菌ハイで小休止します。
ヨーグルトに梅酒というコンビは程よい甘さで口の中の脂分を流して
さっぱりリセットしてくれるナイスなアイテム。
【特製ねぎ油塩ロース】
こちらは薄切りのロース。非常にサッパリとして間違いのない旨さです。
【赤羽めし】
赤羽店限定メニュー。ご飯の上に乗っているのはキュウリと葱のキムチ
と韓国海苔に卵黄という組み合わせ。どの辺りが赤羽？っていう野暮な
ことは聞かないでおこうｗ。ロースと共に食べれば至福が待っている。
まだまだ食べたい料理があったけど、腹パンだったので今回は打ち止め。
2名以上から予約も出来るようなので今度は仲間と一緒に飲みに行こう！
