ランチで２回目の訪問。
前回は、マルチョウの脂にやられた。
センマイ刺し、もやしナムルは初めて注文しました。
センマイ刺しのつけだれが味噌ではなく、
ごま油と塩コショウ。さっぱりでしたが少し飽きる。
もやしナムルは、見た目よりも味が薄め。
ハラミは厚みもあり、柔らかく美味しい。
シマチョウ、マルチョウ、ギャラ、上ミノをタレや辛味噌で。追加でシマチョウの塩も頼みましたが塩味がきつめ。
上ミノは、厚みもあり食感よく美味しい。
どれもそこそこ美味しいが、特にシマチョウが良い。
冷麺は、スープの出汁の味が合わず。お酢を入れてもあまり食べられなかった。
ビビン麺は、甘辛。青唐辛子？の爽やかな辛さがある。
ランチなのに、ついつい頼み過ぎてしまった。
