１０年くらい前に亀戸店で衝撃を受けたホルモン青木さん。
2023年？赤羽に支店ができたのを知り、これは行かねばと思っての訪問です。
さすが有名店、開店当初は行列が絶えませんでしたが、昼から営業するようになったこともあり、夜は相変わらずですが昼なら予約も飛び込みもしやすくなったようです。
ご存知の方も多いと思いますが亀戸店は特に2階がちょっと狭めなのでゆったりお肉を楽しめないのですが、赤羽支店は店内空間を贅沢に使っていますからその心配はありません。
またオーダーも基本はスマホからになるので忙しい店員さんへの声がけに気後れすることもありません。
肝心のお肉はさすがの鮮度です。
個人的には特に「カシラ」と「シマチョウ」が美味しかったです。
そしてそれらのホルモンに合わせるのが「青木特製きざみネギ」。
これは肉の焼き待ち時に酒のツマミにもなりますので必ず頼んだ方がいい。
110円ですから人数分頼んでも後悔はしないでしょう。
そしてあらたに"ハーフ”サイズで注文できるホルモンメニューができたので
これも是非活用して欲しいですね。
363円からメニューが用意されているので色んな部位を堪能することができますので。
ロケーションも南口から直ぐ、高架下にあるので雨でも濡れることなく辿り着けます。
赤羽はホルモン・焼肉の激戦区でもありますが、選択肢に入れて間違いない名店です。
