東洋大学のキャンパス内に入っているカフェで、
ヴィーガン、グルテンフリーの料理を提供しています。
一般人も利用できます。
以前から気になっていたので、色々食べてみたくてたくさん注文しましたが、一個がそんなに大きくは無いので心配無用でした。
注文したもの

コーヒーゼリー 豆乳ホイップ
ゼリーはモチモチつるんと滑らかでとても優しい舌触り。
豆乳ホイップも言われないとわからないくらいクリーミーでコクがある。
カヌレ
中はもっちり外はジュワッとカチカチ食感。
米粉のチュロス シナモンシュガー
チュロスはカリッカリの中もちもち。
周りに掛かった砂糖のジャリジャリ感もよし。
シナモンの香りが心地よい。
スコーン
リベイクでほんのりあったか。
中はしっとりほっくり、生地のポソポソ感や香ばしさ、旨みはまるで小麦粉から作ったスコーンの様。
キャロットケーキ
甘酒と豆乳のホイップ添え。
もっちりしっとり。
生地にたっぷり練り込まれた
胡桃、にんじん、スパイスがたまりません。
