*Waiting time* Weekdays 20:25 None, 20:36 bowl arrived, 20:55 complete meal *Order & amount* Opening commemorative bowl (tuna, red sea bream, yellowtail) Choose vinegared rice, less rice Half price 520 yen *Shop atmosphere *It's freshly opened, so it's sparkling clean. There is a counter and table. *Service* Purchase at the ticket vending machine and hand over the ticket inside the store. You can use PayPay or aupay. I'm happy to have hot tea. Good customer service. *Impressions* I came to the store because they were having a half-price campaign to commemorate their opening. It was very crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, so I went outside of dinner time on weekdays and was able to get in right away. I'm glad that it comes with miso soup. It contains wheat gluten and wakame and is delicious. The opening commemorative bowl was a set of tuna, kohada, and kohada. The picture was of a conger eel, so I thought it was a conger eel, but in reality, it turned out to be a conger eel, which I don't like. When I told the clerk, he told me he had misunderstood and served me the conger eel. I'm sorry, but I'm grateful. The sashimi is thick and the conger eel is soft and delicious. I thought the tuna was especially delicious. In addition to sashimi, the bowl had gari, egg, shiso, wakame, and wasabi. The vinegared rice is a little lukewarm and the vinegar is sparing. *What I would like to expect* It's cheap if it's half price, but I think it's a good price if it's full price. I would like to go again if there is a campaign.
