南千住の仲通りのちょうどまん中あたりに「美加志屋」っていう蕎麦屋を見つける。
「新蕎麦です」っていう貼紙に惹かれ、突撃である。
釦式の自動ドアを開けて店内へ。
町中によくある昔ながらの昭和な蕎麦屋の雰囲気である。
昼飯どきなんだが、働くオトコと、今日は働かない酒のみで賑わっている。
透明なケースに入ったメニューによると、¥７３０の定食と¥６００前後の蕎麦というメニュー構成である。
最近は食ったことないメニューを頼むのがマイブームなんで、「むじなそば¥６３０」を頼む。
どんなのがくるか？楽しみである。
はたして、きつねとたぬきの両方が乗る蕎麦がくる。
なるほど。粋なネーミングである。
お揚げ（油揚げ）、天かす（揚げ玉）、海苔、青菜、ねぎ、なるとが温い蕎麦に乗る。
お揚げは小さめに切られている。稲荷寿司の斜め半分切りくらい。
かなり薄味のきつねである。甘味はないかな。いや、ホント薄味。
天かすはカリカリしたタイプ。ごま油の風味が香ばしい。
蕎麦は細めの丸い麺で、ソバつゆは濃いめ、かなり甘辛い。
関東のソバつゆで旨い。
外は木枯らし吹いてるし、いやあ、あったまった。
