美味しい「なべ焼うどん」を求めて。

なべ焼うどんのビジュアルはパ～～～ペキだ(≧∇≦)b
具沢山で見るからに熱々そうな「なべ焼うどん」。
まずは汁から行くが、これが薄味の上品な味付けなのにしっかりと旨味があって、もう一口、もう一口、と無限ループに入ってしまった（笑）
次に鍋の中で２層、３層にもなっている具材を掘り出しながら夢中で食べると、やっとお出ましになったメインのうどん。
これが、ツルツル、ピカピカで、もっちりとした食感が私の好みにピッタリ。
表面のツルツル度と麺のもっちり感が私がうどんに求める二大要素だが、このうどんはその２点においても非常に優秀。
ボリュームがあるのでパンパンになったお腹を抱えながらご満悦でお店を後にし、付近を散策しながら帰途につく。
