ヤンの発見
牡蠣と蟹を目指し、縁もゆかりも無い三河島に。
前もって予約しておかないと、席は取れない。
入店後、結構な数のお客さんが入れなかった。
早速、ケジャンと牡蠣刺し。ほんと素晴らしい。
他のテーブルもまずは、蟹と牡蠣の声。
これだけのために毎年来てると行っても過言ではない。
もちろん焼肉も美味しいですが。
今回隣のテーブルのお客さんが食べてたヤンを初注文。
大ヒット。めちゃくちゃうまい。
塩ガツも美味いよと教えてもらったので、次回の楽しみに。

今シーズン初、金華園。ほんとは秘密にしたいお店。

毎年この季節に定期的にお伺いしてます。
今年は予約電話3週目にしてようやく食べれました。
韓国料理屋さんとしても美味しくですが、ぱっぱは牡蠣とケジャン信者。
牡蠣はみずみずしく、とぅるんとぅるん。臭み一切無し。酸味のあるタレとねぎでたまらん。
ケジャンもやべえっす。殻ごとバリバリ食べます。
ハラミもロースも大満足。
おねえさん、この時期にしか来ないのにありがとうございます。
年内もう1回は来たいな。
